Hey everyone!

We’re super excited to welcome you all to KPO25 happening in just a few weeks! Our team has been working hard to make this event unforgettable, and we can't wait to see you there!

Key Information

Tickets:

Remember to keep an eye on your tickets with the QR code that you received when you registered. Your tickets will be scanned when you arrive at the event.

Refund Policy:

Just a heads up, the refund window closes on the 6th of March. We really hope you can all still join us, but no refunds will be given after this date.

Card game:

Cards can be purchased at the information desk anytime, one at a time. Complete them when possible and submit for registration as son as you are done to streamline the process. Payments accepted: Card, Stripe, or Vipps. 

Information Desk and Registration:

Look for the info desk and registration spot in the center of the main event hall when you arrive to register. Here you will get your badge that you need to where all the time at the event. This will also work as identification at the food and bar area for discount price. 

Official KPO25 T-shirt:

We are currently sold out, but there will be a very limited stock available at the information desk for sale, just ask the crew. 

Surprise Bags:

If you pre-ordered a T-shirt, it'll be in your "Surprise Bag" along with some other goodies. These bags are marked with your name and can be picked up after your ticket has been scanned.

Hotel Booking:

If you haven't booked your hotel stay yet, there are still some spots left. Just send an email to resepsjon.ernst@strawberry.no and mention that you’re attending this event to get a discount.

Food and Beverages:

We are working with the hotel to lower food and drink prices. However, please remember, you cannot bring your own food or alcohol into the event area. The bar and reception outside the main hall will provide a selection of beverages and food, which you can bring into the event hall, but not near the machines for safety reasons. There will also be breaks so you can enjoy the city center and all the restaurants that it provides. 

Lastly, and most importantly, have an awesome weekend! We definitely will, and we look forward to seeing all of you! The whole event will be streamed on Twitch and YouTube, so you can follow the action anytime. Just check our webpage for stream links and follow us.
